Veteran tennis player Bimal Waiba has clinched two prestigious titles in the 55+ age category at the COAS National Tennis Tournament, showcasing his remarkable skill and competitive spirit.

In the singles final, Waiba faced a formidable opponent, Manoj Shah. Despite losing the first set 4-6, Waiba staged an impressive comeback, dominating the second set 6-0. He sealed the championship with a commanding 10-6 win in the super tie-break.

Partnering with Himal Shah in the doubles category, Waiba secured another title against the duo of Chandra Shahi and Sunil Gurung. After a tightly contested match that saw scores of 3-6 and 5-7, Waiba and Shah clinched victory with a thrilling 10-8 super tie-break.
