Six medal-winning players and coaches from Nepal's 13th South Asian Games have been honored.
Sanjeela Timalsina, a gold medalist at the 13th South Asian Games, and Devika Khadka, a Judo competitor, were each given Rs 25,000.
Likewise, Indra Bahadur Shrestha and Manita Shrestha Pradhan, both silver medalists in Judo, received Rs 15,000 each.
Taekwondo's Asmita Khadka and Ashmin Raut each received Rs 10,000, while taekwondo Coach Norbu Lama received Rs 55,000 in cash.
Taekwondo Instructor Lama has been the head coach of Syuchatar Taekwondo Dojang in Nagarjuna 9 for the past 25 years.
