Cori "Coco" Gauff, a promising tennis player from the United States, has been eliminated from the Tokyo Olympics. Gauff, 17, has been ruled out of the Olympics after contracting the coronavirus.

Gauff was on her way to becoming the first American woman to compete in an Olympic tennis tournament since 2000. But she said her corona test report was positive.
